Shipping policy:
When you pay for an item we will pack it and ship it within 48 hours
(usually more like 48 minutes) IF the item is IN STOCK. If an item is
OUT OF STOCK we will back order it and ship it as soon as we get new
stock. CLIPDRAW and most other products are ALWAYS in stock unless otherwise noted. FLASHBANG and Marylin
Holsters have a backlog running 4-5 weeks IF your unit is out of stock.
Feel free to contact us before ordering to see if an item is in stock.
Return policy:
TIBA only accepts returns for defective merchandise, which we will exchange for the EXACT same item. If you have an item you need to return, contacts us first so we know it is coming. You must pay the return shipping. Once we receive the item we will ship out your replacement for free. Due to the nature of concealed carry items, we can not accept returns because an item did not fit you, or did not work for your particular situation. Please refer to our CONCEALED CARRY GUIDE (coming soon) for everything you need to know about practical concealed carry. And feel free to ask us questions!
